2025 Guest Guide

Whether this is your first year or you’ve been to Spring Harvest many times before we are excited about meeting you and pray that you'll be inspired as you discover NO GREATER STORY and learn of the part you can play in it.

Planning your time

You can arrive from early Monday afternoon when many of the Butlin’s facilities will be open for you to enjoy.

Spring Harvest starts on Monday evening and finishes noon on Friday.

• Every morning we have the Big Start - an all-age extravaganza of fun, worship and teaching aimed at children, bible teaching seminars, Kids groups, youth sessions, and more.

• Lunch time is a fantastic opportunity to discuss what you learned about the day's theme with your group/family/friends in one of Butlin's restaurants or back at your chalet.

• Afternoons are all about exploring the Butlin's facilities, Splash Waterworld swimming pool, the fairground, SkyPark, Bowling, cafes... there's so much to do... OR there's more teaching and entertainment sessions in our Sports Programmes.

• After dinner we have different evening celebrations to choose from. There's also our after hours entertainment programme, live talk shows, music shows, and more on offer.

You'll be able to buy a paper-based program at the MY-Spring Harvest stand in the event exhibition OR, even better, sign up for MY Spring Harvest online and you'll be able to access the program on your smartphone! Sign up at the bottom this page.

If you are booked in as a Butlin's guest your booking confirmation email will tell you when your accommodation will be available on Monday. Accommodation 'get out time' is 10 am on Friday morning.

Do you need financial help with a booking?

If you would like to come to Spring Harvest but can't afford to come we may be able to help. We have a special fund designed to help people on low incomes to come to our events. Find out more by clicking the button below.

Do you or does anyone in your group have a disability? 

To help with our preparation please do let us know if you will need extra support - particularly if you will need BSL interpretation. 

We are excited that Count Everyone In will be offering a programme for adults with a learning disability at Skegness and at Minehead. Please let us know if you would like to be in that programme on either resort so the team can make you welcome.

Kids and Youth Registration

If you've got children or teenagers (age 3 months - 18 years) we'll ask you to register them into their programme.
