It's never too late to bring a group to Spring Harvest 2024! We’re only a few months away from meeting together again this April BUT THERE’S STILL TIME TO BOOK.
Whether you’re a church congregation, a home group or a group of friends, Spring Harvest has something for everyone. Book a break with us and find insightful Bible teaching, passionate worship sessions and plenty of space to relax and recharge.
Spring Harvest has always been an event where people feel safe bringing their unchurched friends or people who have not yet chosen to follow Jesus but are curious to know more.
If you’re thinking about bringing a group to Spring Harvest 2024 we’ve created some resources to help you assemble your friends. There are social media images to share, posters to put up in your church, sign up sheets and more. Simply tap the download button below to get those resources.
"Emily and Wendy first came to St John’s as children, when they attended our Holiday Club. Many years later Emily attended our toddler group with her children. She split up with her husband when she was pregnant with their third child, and has been a lone parent since, but has been supported by her sister Wendy. Emily became a volunteer at the toddler group and both sisters started attending Messy Church and some of our family activities with the children."
"While I was at Spring Harvest in 2022, I felt that God was telling me that we needed to take Emily, Wendy and the children to Spring Harvest the following year, so I texted our Families Worker and asked his opinion. He also thought it was a good idea, and when I got back we tried to encourage them to go, using money from our mission fund. At first they were very reluctant. They didn’t know what it would involve and weren’t comfortable with the church paying for them. In July that year both ladies became Christians and they were baptized in the Rectory garden."
"We finally encouraged them to take the plunge and they joined us at SH2023. It was a life changing experience for them, and they have grown so much in their faith. Wendy felt, while she was there, that she was being called to work in children’s ministry and in September this year she joined our ministry team, working part time, and training along side our families worker. They have introduced some of the songs they learnt at SH to our Messy Church and told them about the upside down kingdom."
Set against the backdrop of the Butlin’s resorts, there’s so much to do and enjoy. Grab a coffee, sip a wine, dip into teaching seminars, take a walk on the beach, join with thousands of other Christians in worship from across the length and breadth of the church...it’s really the perfect place to bring your friends.
And it’s the best place you could be this Easter.
DID YOU KNOW? If 15 people book in as a group, the 16th person gets in FREE. Yes, that’s right, they get to come to Spring Harvest for free! What a way to bless a friend.
