New for 2025: Important info for event guests

If you've already booked for Spring Harvest 2025, we've got some exciting updates for you! Each year, we make small changes based on your feedback to make the event even better. Keep reading to see what’s new for 2025! 😊

New-look Celebrations

We're excited to share that the new Butlin’s Studio 36 venues are working really well for us! The upgrade work in Minehead is now complete, so we’ll be back there for all our key content this year. Plus, it’s super easy to find - right near the Skyline in both Skegness and Minehead.

To make the most of Studio 36, we’re creating more space for creativity (and a bit more legroom too!). That’s why we’ll be running The Gathering evening Celebration twice each evening.

We’d love for you to take full advantage of this, so we’re also introducing evening seminars - meaning you can dive into some fantastic teaching and then join The Gathering later for an inspiring time of worship. Or, if you’d prefer a relaxed evening meal, you can come to the later Gathering feeling refreshed and ready to worship.

For an even more laid-back experience, The Gathering will also be streamed into another venue, where you can watch with a coffee (or your favorite hot drink) in hand.

Of course, the other Celebrations we’ve introduced over the past few years are still going strong! These will continue as more informal options:

• The Pursuit Celebration – for anyone 16+ who wants to dive deeper into encounters with the Holy Spirit.
• The Creative Studio & Prayerhouse – a unique space blending creativity and prayer, which will also host the Unplugged Celebration each evening - a reflective, creative alternative to the other Celebrations.

We can’t wait to experience all of this with you!

Kid's programme changes

Our amazing team is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and caring space where your children can learn all about this year’s theme in a way that’s engaging and perfect for their age! 😊

NEW FOR 2025 - In Minehead the combined 5-11's programme will have a morning and evening session each day. There will be a great mix of age-appropriate worship, stories, drama, games and activities, and plenty of Bible-based teaching. 

We are trialling this in Minehead this year, so will continue to run 5-7's and 8-11's programmes in Skegness and the teams look forward to meeting you.

Important: all children need to be registered for their programme in advance, and we will open an online registration system closer to the event. 

We’ll be sharing the full programme just before Spring Harvest kicks off, giving you plenty of time to plan your week. Stay tuned for updates—we’ll keep you posted!
