A short walk from the centre is the Pots 2 Go Ceramic Café. A fun and welcoming place for babies, children, adults and pets of all ages, shapes and sizes! Get creative painting pottery!
Kidzplay Harrogate is Harrogate’s largest soft play centre that is perfect for little ones. With home cooked food, great coffee and free WIFI, there’s something for everyone.

Of course, no trip to Harrogate is complete without a visit to the world famous Betty’s Tea Rooms!

Hire a bike and go exploring the local countryside. Harrogate is right next to some amazing dales and moors for you more adventurous types
Catch the Number 36 bus to Ripley and visit the castle, or partake of their famous ice-cream. Based in Ripley Castle is Live for Today, offering exciting outdoor activities. Or stay on the bus for a little longer and visit the historic cathedral City of Ripon.
The beautiful RHS Harlow Carr Gardens are just a couple of miles away, featuring a wide variety of growing landscapes. One part we really want to visit is the Hedgehog-friendly garden!
Harrogate Climbing Centre is on the outer edge of Harrogate and offers adventure for the whole family!
Just outside Ripon, you can find Lightwater Valley, a theme park home to the world’s longest rollercoaster and Treetop Nets Yorkshire – the biggest in the UK and designed to offer an amazing new way for both children and adults to play in the high trees.
