After Spring Harvest Home, we thought it might help to share some answers to some of the most common questions we have been receiving.
If you have any further questions, please note that in line with the latest advice from Public Health England and the government, most of our staff are working remotely, meaning we have a limited team available in the office
If you have an urgent enquiry, we ask that you email us in email@example.com and we will respond as soon as we are able to. Thank you in advance for your understanding in these challenging times.
I have only received a partial refund, will I get my deposit back?
All transactions and bookings for Spring Harvest Minehead and Skegness were made with Butlin’s and guests are entitled to a full refund. Please check all of your accounts for any missing money as you may have paid the deposit with one card and the balance with another. If you have still not received a full refund, please contact Butlin’s directly on 0330 100 9330.
How long will the Spring Harvest Home content be available for?
The availability of the talks depends on the copyright permissions we have. The BBC Mercy Ships documentary and Care For The Family films were only available last week. Everything with worship in it (most main sessions) will be available until the 30th April. The pure teaching sessions will hopefully be available for longer. If we are able to keep anything for longer, we will make an announcement so that everyone is aware.
Will there be anything else on YouTube?
Yes, we have some new session to add before the end of April. We will let people know when this is ready via our social media channels.
Where can I buy resources for Spring Harvest 2020?
You can find all our resources on www.springharvest.shop including books, CD’s, mugs, t-shirts and hoodies
Is there a live worship album this year?
Unfortunately as the 2020 worship wasn’t live we couldn’t make an event specific album. However, we have a download available for 12 live previously unreleased songs from Spring Harvest. These can be downloaded or streamed here.
Is Spring Harvest 2021 happening?
We are planning to go ahead with our Spring Harvest celebrations in 2021 and look forward to hopefully welcoming you at one of our three sites. We will be announcing the dates for the 2021 soon.
How can I help?
The current financial consequences for Spring Harvest are serious. With this in mind we are asking all our guests, partners and team to stand with us by making a financial donation to ensure the future of the event.
Spring Harvest’s Gavin Calver says: “We are in an unprecedented situation. Please do pray for us and please would you consider donating some of your refund to ensure that Spring Harvest’s unique ministry continues? We would be so grateful for any help whatsoever.”
Donations can be made online at: https://springharvest.org/support/give/
How else can I help?
We would really value your ongoing support in prayer as these are uncertain and unprecedented times, but nothing is too great for our God!
