Spring Harvest stands at a crossroads, a once-in-a-lifetime chance to fight for the next generation.

Young people today are growing up in a world shaped by AI, fake truth,
a climate crisis, and digital spaces that blur reality.
They are searching for identity, belonging, and meaning. If we don’t reach them now, we may lose them forever.

We must tell them the story of Jesus, introduce them to the Holy Spirit, and inspire them to follow him with courage and conviction.

Psalm 78:4-7 says
“We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done...”
Spring Harvest exists for this purpose. We are fighting for today’s generation and the  generations yet to be born - so they, too, can hear his voice.

If Spring Harvest has been part of your faith journey, you understand the impact it has had on the Church in this country and beyond.
Help Us Fight

What we're doing to fight

Every year, thousands of young people just like Fraser come to Spring Harvest and meet Jesus in a life-changing way. We want even more children and teenagers to experience that mountaintop moment - to encounter their creator and hear his call on their lives.

But our work doesn’t stop there. Spring Harvest fights for the next generation all year round by creating resources to equip young people, parents, teachers, youth pastors, and children’s leaders.

Why should we fight

That’s simple, because our children are the future of the Church. And the Church is at risk. We’re just about to give you some statistics taken from recent research about the Church in the UK. They sound depressing but we believe there is still hope – and that’s why we are fighting.

The Church in the UK is at a turning point. Once at the heart of communities and national identity, it's now in sharp decline. Church of England attendance has dropped from 1.1 million in 2003 to just 685,000 in 2023 - barely 1% of England’s population. And the decline is speeding up, with Sunday attendance falling nearly 20% between 2019 and 2022. Young people are leaving even faster - under-16 attendance has plunged 58% since 2003. In many areas, there are now more church buildings than kids in the pews.

But this isn’t just about Sunday services. The Church plays a huge role in communities, running 16,000 buildings, shelters, food banks, and 4,630 schools that  educate a million kids. If its influence keeps fading, so does this vital support network. Some even predict Anglicanism in Britain could disappear by 2033, as fewer and fewer people - especially younger generations - identify as Christian.

there's still hope

Yet, there’s still hope. The ‘Talking Jesus’ research from the Evangelical Alliance shows that there is growing curiosity about faith among young people searching for meaning in uncertain times.

If the Church adapts, invests in outreach, and finds new ways to connect - especially with young people and children, it can stay relevant and continue making a difference.

Now’s the time to act - not just to keep the Church alive, but to protect the work of the church and the support it provides to our society across the UK.

meet fraser

At Spring Harvest, young people encounter Jesus in powerful ways. When they do, it changes their lives - and the world. Just ask Fraser…

A note from a little boy, written over 30 years ago:
Today, Fraser serves with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea.

“Hi, I’m Fraser and I’m the little boy who wrote a note to my mum. Over 30 years ago Jesus spoke to me at Spring Harvest. Many people have helped me along the way, but today I’m serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea.

Please, fight for the next generation, pray for the young people at Spring Harvest that Jesus would speak to them. You may never know what happens as a result of your prayers, but God as a plan for everyone. And one of those young people was me!”

A Powerful Gathering at Easter

Our greatest investment in the next generation happens at Spring
Harvest each Easter

Since 1979, thousands of children and young people have come - and God has spoken.

“My 8-year-old daughter had an incredible week at Spring Harvest. She gave her life to Jesus. We go to church as a family, so I asked her what was different. She said, ‘Before, I knew about God, but this week I met Him.’ The next morning, she woke up and immediately started reading her Bible instead of playing on her tablet.” – Parent, Spring Harvest 2023
