General Accommodation Information

• Accommodation will be available from 4pm on Monday.
• Each accommodation unit has a TV and kettle in one of the bedrooms.
• Bed linen will be provided.
• You will need to bring your own towel and toiletries.
• You must vacate your accommodation by 10am on Friday.
• Visit the Team Office if there is a problem with the allocation of your accommodation.

Butlin's Guest Services

If there is a problem with your accommodation facilities or your key card doesn’t work, you should contact Butlin's Guest Services on one of the following numbers:

Self-catering Accommodation

• If you have booked self-catering accommodation, you will be responsible for all your own meals, unless you have pre-booked and paid for a meal package.
• Self-catering units have a small kitchen and a lounge/dining area.
• The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge.
• There is a small shop on the resort and a choice of supermarkets in the local town centre.  Minehead supermarkets are within walking distance.
• Butlin's have a good range of places to eat-out - fish & chips, pizza, pub, Burger King, Firehouse Grill.....to name just a few.

Catered Accommodation

• Your first meal on arrival will be lunch on Monday, served from 12 noon – 2.30pm (unless you have been asked to arrive before Monday for set-up)
• For the rest of the week you will receive a full English breakfast, buffet-style lunch and sandwich tea.
• Your final meal will be breakfast on Friday.
• Meal tickets will be provided in your welcome pack.

Special Diets

We are working with Butlin’s to ensure special dietary requirements are met where possible. Please note the deadline of Monday 11^th March for notifying your needs, and please make yourself known to the Butlin’s Dining Room Team and Spring Harvest Team Host at the start of your stay to discuss how best we can support you with your special dietary needs.

Breakfast and Lunch

Butlin's always offer a variety of dishes including vegetarian and vegan options which meet the requirements of most people. They have soya milk and gluten-free bread available. On request they can also provide a pot of plain rice or plain cooked potato. Plain salads are also available. Although Butlin’s are not able to prepare meals especially for specific allergies, they provide a list of allergens for all dishes.

Team Teas

Team teas are provided by Butlin’s in pre-packaged form. They include sandwiches, crisps, a snack bar, an item of fruit and a drink. Butlin’s will endeavour to meet special dietary requirements, including gluten free, vegan/vegetarian and dairy/lactose free but you must notify Spring Harvest by Monday 11^th March latest if you need this.

Drinking Water and Hot Drinks

• Please help us reduce our plastic waste by bringing a reusable water bottle and /or a flask or hot drinks mug.
• Tap water in your accommodation is suitable for drinking so remember to fill your bottle before you leave in the morning.
• There will also be drinking water, and hot and cold drinks facilities in the Team Lounge, so you can refill your water bottle or coffee cup.
• To reduce plastic waste, we will not be supplying bottled water or hot drinks to any team venues.
