Use your experience of working with children and your passion for Jesus to help make an eternal impact on young lives through the programme at Spring Harvest. You will need to be a committed Christian, with age-appropriate experience of working with children in your local church.
Be the first to provide our guests with a warm welcome when they arrive. Help prepare venues by setting out chairs, keeping guests safe and maintaining access routes so that everybody can participate in the programme. You will need a big heart for serving others and bags of stamina and energy for long hours and physical work.
LIMITED SPACES LEFT! Serve behind the scenes at Spring Harvest in our Team Office. Help to register team members, respond to enquiries, run errands and assist with a variety of other administrative tasks. You will need some previous office experience, good communication skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a heart for serving others.
LIMITED SPACES LEFT! Help promote and sell programmes and ministry resources, and advise guests on their purchases at the Spring Harvest stand. You will have some retail experience, the confidence to operate a cash till and handle guest queries, and plenty of stamina for lifting, carrying and spending much of the day standing.
SPACES AVAILABLE AT SKEGNESS! Help look after the Team Lounge, making sure the drinks dispensers are kept clean and tidy and that team members and their families are well fed at tea-time. You will need some experience in catering, heaps of patience for tidying up after others and the physical ability to move lots of boxes when taking deliveries of food.
If you are already coming as a guest to Spring Harvest and have experience of and a passion for praying with people, we would love for you to come alongside our pastoral team and support them in praying for guests during times of prayer ministry. You will need to have experience in prayer or pastoral ministry within your local church.
Help ensure our marquees and other venues are kept safe over-night and that Butlin’s are kept informed of any security issues. You will need to be confident that you can stay awake throughout the night and happy to be working during as part of a small team when the resort is at its quietest.
Spring Harvest relies on the use of sound, film and multimedia throughout the programme and so we need volunteers who understand how to set up technical equipment and troubleshoot problems should they arise. You will need experience of both Windows and Mac computers, know how to connect a laptop to a video projector and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
We are looking for skilled and willing interns, aged 18 and above, to expand our high quality technical provision. You could be helping in one venue, or covering several, to assist the senior engineering team. You may also be covering sessions on your own. By supporting the team in this way you get valuable experience of contributing to live events whilst receiving mentoring and guidance. Closing date for applications is 17th January 2020.
Help behind-the-scenes in preparing venues for Spring Harvest, transporting equipment around the resort and attending to general construction and maintenance tasks. You will need to have a practical mind, a full clean driving licence and the ability to turn your hand to practically any DIY task required.
